hotel is beautiful little, and fairly clean, there's clean pool and the location is stunning to a supermarket. staff is excellent and you can park your car nearby. amazing service, the breakfast is good. they provide wake up calls and ironing without charge too.

The calm location means no Caldera View and the room could have been cleaner. the staff was helpful and polite but we did not receive some promised amenities and had to ask repeatedly for them.
